Problem with S-pen

My Samsung galaxy tab s6 is having problems with connecting my s pen. When I attach my s pen in the Dock and enable air actions, it still says pen is disconnected. Also at some points it searches for s pen Pro. This all happened after March 1st software update.

Try resetting your device if continuous the issue go to the nearest customer service center

Try these steps 😉
1. First Restart the device
2. Just reset settings on your device
3. If you can try to connect another spen (don't buy a one) like from your friend
4. After you will find which one had a problem
5. Wait for another security patch update

Try resetting the S pen
1. Press and hold air actions on the quick panel.
2. Air actions configuration should appear.
3. Tap the 3 dot button (should be on the top right)
4. Tap reset s pen and follow any instructions that appear on screen

Hi... First, try to reset your Spen.
Turn on the air actions > Click on the 3 dots > reset S pen.
If not connect after that, probably the fault of the Spen. I have faced it twice with my Note 10 plus' Spen. The only solution was to replace the pen.
