The voucher should appear in the Samsung Members app's benefit section within a few days, possibly a week. Please do not be concerned, as you will receive the voucher. Once you click on it, a form will appear, which you should complete carefully. Following this, your Samsung Tab should be delivered to the address you provided on the form within approximately one week, or perhaps even sooner.

Following this, you will receive a confirmation call, which we kindly request you attend. Should you miss the initial call, a second attempt will be made by Samsung within 24 hours. Please be aware that if both calls are missed, your voucher will unfortunately be canceled.
