Samsung Pay on Play Store

Since Samsung pay is available now in Saudi Arabia. Why is not available on the play store. 

I can download from the Samsung store but for my Galaxy watch I need to install it from play store.

Its available on Samsung Store. For now only few banks support Samsung pay.
