Data missing

My dual app WhatsApp media files are missing.  I can not watch my dual app WhatsApp downloaded videos or images in gallery

Same happened to me . Media files are not accessible. You can't send any thing on dual WhatsApp. And all the files documents voice are in accessible and can't be found via file manager

Bro go into my files then Android then media then com.whatsapp and see all data there
