No option to use phone as trackpad for dex

I can't find option of using phone as trackpad for dex on samsung s24.

phone cover is removed. dex is running. no sign of notification or icon on phone to use phone as trackpad on samsung s24 on dex. if anyone knows a way, hit me up!
