S23 FE promotional voucher earbuds 2

I have not recieved any email nor call from Samsung after dilling out the gift voucher form for my galaxy S23 FE phone. 

Can anyone advise.

Galaxy buds2, honestly they are great.
Also make sure number you provided in form is active and when they call tell them the exact address to receive the parcel
