Bro tbh s21 ultra is far better than iphone 11 pro max but if you a pro gamer and want more constant fps then go for iphone but if you are average then go for s21 ultra because its have amazing fueatures costomizations you can do what ever you want. You can install paid apk apps without buying or etc..
It's personal preference apple is unmatched when u live in apple eco system, but if u have standalone iPhone and flagship android the selection is simply ur choice as both will work well
