Not getting notifications regarding Z fold 5 promotion gift.

I have bought Samsung Z fold 5 .But haven't gotten the gift parcel including ear buds S pen etc.

I, bought Samsung Z fold 5 . And trying to signin daily on Samsung Members app. But haven't received any voucher in the benefit option to get the gift parcel, including ear buds & S pen etc.
