I have applied for buds redemption but how will i know that they have accepted my redemption request? I didnt recieved any email after filling out form. Please guide thanks
Hey @Hamza, I filled out the redemption form three days ago. I have not received any email, then I called the Samsung Pakistan helpline and they told to wait for confirmation call, by the end of day I received the confirmation call where they ask about my address , imei etc. I asked them to provide me with a tracking id, but they said within 7 working days after confirmation, you will receive your buds on your mentioned address.
