Cap your CPU using the thermal guardian app. You can download it using the good Guardian apk. And main danger is during charging. Turn off the fat charging if you have it (available in one ui 4 and up); if you don't have it in the software, you can use it through hardware specifically. Use 5-watt brick. It takes a bit longer if you want. And place your phone face down on some wet cloth; careful don't put the cloth near the charging port.
