Hello,
I would love to help you.
Make sure you take answers from a trusted member and Mark this comment as a solution.
The potential fixes are listed below;
1. The easiest thing to do is a Factory Data Reset. To do this, Navigate to:
Settings>General Management>Reset>Factory Data Reset
*Please backup your data as this procedure can result in loss of data.
If you don't want to reset your Galaxy Smartphone you can try a fix below.
One of the most effective way is to clear data for biometrics. To do that:
2. Navigate to Settings>Apps>On the top right, you'll see three dots, select that>Show system Apps>Biometrics>Clear Data and Cache
Then
Fingerprints>Clear Data and Cache.
The issue might fix by attempting the mentioned. If the issue persists;
3. Restart you Galaxy Smartphone.
Restarting can help in almost all aspects of problems in a Smartphone.
Also try clearing System Cache;
4. Turn off your Galaxy Smartphone. Now keep pressing the Power and the Volume Up button together simultaneously to enter recovery mode. Navigate to Clear System Cache via Volume Up/Down and select it, then okay.
*This will not result in Data Loss.
Hope this helped. If the issue persists, don't hesitate to reply.
