Upon contacting them, they advised me to kindly wait for a few days, and my benefits will automatically appear.

You and me both booked the phone in the launch pre order category not the early bird pre order, the company asked me to wait till the end of march for the vouchers to be activated and you'll be getting the Buds Fe with the launch pre orders but not the Buds 2 pro.

I had submitted their validation form a few weeks ago and was curious if I was going to receive mine or not , thankfully today I received the call from Samsung and they informed me that I will get mine within 2 weeks

Oh btw, to your original question. You cab open your members app and in the Discover tab scroll far down and you'll be able to see the Promo image of the Buds 2 , click it and it'll take you to the promt of your voucher code and its details , and an option to fill out the form
