The best way to complain is tagging Samsung Pakistan on Twitter and there they will respond you quickly.

bro i disagree with you on this one. I have been using Samsung for last 13 months and i changed my phones twice (previously S10 and now S20 5G) i get updates every month and sometimes twice a month. I think I am one of the first few people who got One UI 3 update on December 3rd when no one else had it. Not a single website knew that it was released and running in someone's phone. Some websites stated that some countries got a new build for Beta program but I got an official update that night.
