Updated bug

My samsung A32 updated to andriod 12 but when i unloack the mobile it will freezed no button will be available for press.

Please seen the attached below image. 

Please help me. To resolve this issue

shutdown your phone for couple of minutes (10-15 approx.)

I have tried this but it happen again & again

Take a backup of your phone. Factory reset it. Sometimes updates can do such things.
