It is informed and advertised that Samsung A12 was included the secure folder. But after I purchased it got to know that it was disabled or unavailable. This is completely rude behavior of the Samsung. Disappointment level is very high and this is kind of cheating in my view. Please rectify this or offer to exchange the phone.

It was there in the leaflet or the brochure as a feature. Otherwise I don't mind it.
Regarding your Cloud discontinuation information I am aware and I just got to know about OS also going to be changed to TIZEN around Sep, 2021. But this also not informed when the device was being purchased. Feeling sad.😭😥😢

From where did you buy the device? brochure published by who (the same store you bought it from)? If it's Softlogic or Samsung Sri Lanka you brought it from, then may be you can question them. I don't think you will get anywhere by raising this issue to Samsung Sri Lanka if it's not.
The official Samsung product spec for A12 doesn't even have anything about a Secure Folder. Even Dex isn't supported on A12 as far as I know.

If you knew about Samsung Cloud being closed down, then half of your argument about "suddenly deleting" in the first comment isn't valid right? Plus it's not like they didn't give an alternative... they did, and they informed the customers giving a good amount of time to switch. It goes the same for Tizen, it's just the alternative until the wearable OS officially comes out. It's not like they are deserting the customers who used those services before.

I do get your frustration, but Samsung can't control who does what, specifically if the store you bought it from isn't officially licensed under them. Softlogic is the only authorized dealer here. And you can't expect the seller to say EVERY LITTLE thing about all Samsung products. If you had a target of buying a mobile device and a wearable device it's your responsibility to be updated about the same before you purchase it. Isn't it?

All of this I got to know after confront of this issue. Read lot of articles. But when I'm buying something the dealer must inform what are the new changes. They will come up with new things when those are favorable, if not remain silent and put the burden on customer.

IDK man, I don't think any dealer would explain the "changes" outside the particular device, given that services like Cloud, Secured Folder, Dex etc. are actually outside the scope of the scenario. If you had questioned them regarding those and if they answered back incorrectly, then that's actually  wrong.
However, if you want to contact Samsung SL, check DMs. I sent the number there because my replies here are disappearing when I type it in.

Some basic and low budget phones do not have Knox Security.
This is why your phone does not have Secure Folder.

Same with the M Series.

A12 already has Knox.  Problem is that even though it's available some features are not supported. Secure Folder being one of them.

Knox website has the supported devices listed:

@MalikC those things I aware, but the unbearable thing ambush marketing which was done by Samsung showroom representatives. In other Shop or retailer shop I won't fight this much and give up.
But in A12 it's mentioned Knox Security is available.
In near future we must arrange or prepare check list for ourselves get it signed by the dealer mentioning the facilities and apps availability.
In some shops there're cases reported such as where lesser RAM was issued in the same model saying discount was granted. Fraudulently done for lesser knowledge customers.
