It is informed and advertised that Samsung A12 was included the secure folder. But after I purchased it got to know that it was disabled or unavailable. This is completely rude behavior of the Samsung. Disappointment level is very high and this is kind of cheating in my view. Please rectify this or offer to exchange the phone.

I tried with the link which was provided by you. It's says that not compatible with this device. Regrettable.
I agree with you regarding preloaded term. BUT LATEST VERSIONS IT'S NOT LOADED PRIORY OR ie NOT PRELOADED. CHECK THE comments of your link. This unjust not happened only to me, but all suffers. How can we believe Samsung Cloud storage if they suddenly deleted, as so far the offer to link with Onedrive is offered. In my view in near future it also will be deleted or erased unknowingly to the customer, which is not a fair contractual term or obligation.

They didn't suddenly delete though? Samsung Cloud discontinuation was announced last year and they sent reminders to every cloud user to shift to OneDrive (regional-wise). And they extended the deadline (to allow users to backup) to November this year (from September).

Can you also say where Samsung had advertised A12 comes with the Secure Folder? Because to my knowledge they have never said such a thing? 🤔
