Unable to access in Android data folder on new security updates

Hi Everyone 

Last month I updated my galaxy M31 and unfortunately I lost my access to the date folder 

Before that also I don't have access to data folder with samsung file manager but I used Zarchiver app

It want me to give permission for access and after giving permission I could access to data folder.

But now I can give permission because to protect my privacy but I don't want this I don't have any thing maybe someone stole or **bleep** 

I test everything every way but it doesn't work 

Some people says Root your phone but I don't want broke my phone 

If some one know a way to this problem

Wait a little bit, some new app or method will come to overcome this issue.
Google is trying very hard to be Apple.
