Bring Alcohol based CTC (Carbon Tetra Cleaner Liquid) from any mobile shop. Spray in your charging port. Clean charging port with non conducting thing like folded paper corner or folded Cloth. Don't use cotton (rooi) .
Clean charging port thoroughly, then let it dry using sunlight, or from very minor air from hair dryer. Make sure you don't let your device to get warm from hair dryer.
Leave you device Ideal for at least 2 hours. This notification will go now, and your device will charge normally.
One more thing : make sure your charging cable is dry. Maybe charging cable is wet and every time you connect your mobile, charging port detects moisture.
