I'm experiencing an issue with themes on my Samsung A24. Despite having the latest software update installed, themes aren't fully applying as they should. The wallpaper and some icons change, but the dialer, messages, and other apps aren’t updating, even though the theme previews show they should.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Stopping and force-closing the theme app
Clearing the app data for the theme
Reapplying the themes multiple times after reinstalling
Restarting the phone after each attempt
Completing all the basic troubleshooting steps available on YouTube and Google
No matter what I try, the themes still won’t fully apply. All themes I’ve tested should cover the entire system, including the dialer and messaging apps, but that isn’t happening on my device.
If anyone has experienced this or has any other troubleshooting ideas, I’d be really grateful for the help!
