Sir , i m using Samsung galaxy z fold 4. And i m facing software update problem from last 2 weeks my fold 4 mobile doesn't install software update. And give the option of (failed to update firmware)

Sir I am using galaxy 12a. I am facing problem in software update. When I click download & install the screen shows registration failed. But when I check registration, it shows already registered. What should I do for new updates.
