You can try factory reset your phone ..this issue may resolve completely... if still this issue not gone go to the samung service center

There can be two issue for lagging you can try factory reset if you update your phone on andriod 12 ... screen touch issue happen with screen protector .. if your touch not working correctly .. first remove the protector and check the touch if touch working perfectly then apply high quality protector
