Samsung level app has NO SUPPORT for Level U2 Bluetooth neckband

I am unable to connect to Samsung Level app due to NO SUPPORT to the latest Samsung Level U2 neckband. Please fix the issue.

Are you sure is it original samsung u2 neckband? So if it is try these steps
1. Restart your device
2. Reset network settings
3. If before steps didn't work clear data of Samsung level applications
4. Try to connect u2 neckband with another samsung device with samsung level app(for check out what is the problem)
5. Finally reset your device if any step didn't work

yes, it is an original device. As per the app description, the app supports to following devices only, U2 Not in the list. Check the app description: Level U, Level U Pro, Level U Pro ANC, Level Actvie, Level Box, Level Box Pro, Level Box Mini, Level Box Slim, Level On, Level On Pro, Level Over, Samsung U, Samsung U Flex

Follow these steps to solve this issue.

1. Clear the app data and cache.
Open the Settings application on your device > Head over to Apps Menu > Choose Installed Applications > Find the Level App > Open it and select Storage Tab > Hit Clear Storage/Clear App Data.

2. Reboot your device.
Restarting your device can help fix minor issues and may help the band connect again.

3. Download Sound Assistant which is an alternative to Samsung level.

The sound assistant won't provide the features like device software update, monitoring band battery level, UHQ audio settings, and etc.
