for the past couple of days, when my phone is closed and I receive a call the first bell rings at its normal volume but then for the subsequent bells the volume decreases and for other notifications like WhatsApp the ringer doesn't ring at all (both these issues don't occur when the phone phone is open). I have checked all the sound settings and even checked if there is any update available but nothing has worked. Would really appreciate it if someone could help. Thanks in advance.
