i just realised there's a bug. In the PC version , when choosing BLUeTOOTH file trasnfer method, this is actually WIFI DIRECT, and when choosing WIFI/LAN, it is actually Blutooth and much slower.

For file transfer wireless you can use quick share which is supper fast .

Sketch in Microsoft store for quick share and connect it.

Yes, I also searched about it. And you are correct. In the PC version, when we select bluetooth file transfer, it is actually Wifi direct. So we can't do anything to change it.
If you're using Samsung Flow. Try these steps to reduce the speed when transferring.
1. Ensure both devices. Your phone and PC have the latest version of Samsung Flow installed.
2. Restart both PC and phone to reset connections.
3. Finally, check whether Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled and functioning on both devices.

After doing these steps, also if there are problems. As Samanthas said, I recommend you to download Quick Share and set it up. It will be a lot faster than Samsung Flow.
