Did anyone notice on thier galaxy s21 ultra phones that screen blinks little when u don't touch the screen and when u touch it, it doesn't. It barely be can seen. I want to know that it's a fault or it is the adaptive refresh rate that screen does it by it'sown.!?

its adaptive feature for refresh rate which shifts from 60 90 nd 120hrz...
