Where did you buy your device? Which country?

I cannot help you when you don't answer my question. Just answer the question. Having a S9+ is not a big deal. Do not tell what ever your shi_ts beside answers.

According to information you provide and SAM Mobile, your device is not a Sri Lankan 🇱🇰 (SLK) one. It is a United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪 (XSG) one. To get updates you need to have the same country sim card.

Ex: I bought my device from Sri Lanka and I'm having a Sri Lankan sim card. If I migrate to another country I will not get any updates.

That's is the problem you are facing right now.

You can ask it from a customer service centre. They will also tell this. You don't have an original way to get updates from here except travel to UAE. But there have alternative methods. I haven't checked about those methods. So, I cannot support you furthermore.Screenshot 2020-10-26 144813_6158.jpg
