No secure folder in A12

I have Samsung A12 4gb ram 128gb rom. My current software version is android 12. The only issue I have been facing is there's no secure folder in my phone. I have tried to download it from play store but it says "your device isn't compatible " But I have seen many people using secure folder in A12.Kindly help me and solve this problem

Go into security and privacy there is an option secure folder tap on it and set the password
