Hello, I am facing a persistent issue on my Samsung Galaxy A73 where SIM 2 (Zong network) keeps failing. The Zong SIM stopped working, and when I tested that same Zong SIM in another mobile phone, it didn't work there either, while SIM 1 (Jazz) works completely fine in my phone. My SIM tray was also slightly damaged near the top edge. Please guide me on whether this is a slot issue or if the SIM card itself got ruined, and how to resolve it.
The first Zong SIM stopped working and didn't work in another phone either. I then got a replacement SIM from the franchise, but after two weeks, the exact same issue happened again, and now this new SIM also does not work in other phones
