Most of the time, I think it should be a problem in the sensor inside the watch, so it's better to go to a Samsung Authorised repair centre and give them the watch to check it.
Try these few steps and see Bro.
1. Turn off and on your Galaxy Watch to reset the system.
2. Restart both your phone and the watch and go to the Samsung Members app and run a diagnostics test on your watch. As in your picture, after restarting, check the BIA Sensor and see whether it works.
3. Check whether the battery charge is good and see whether the watch has been updated to the lasted software version.
4. Adjust the watch strap to ensure that it fits perfectly on your wrist.
5. Power cycle the watch by turning it on and off.
6. Ensure the watch is properly connected to your phone.
7. Ensure the back of the watch and your wrist are clean.

Finally, as a last step, reset your watch to factory settings and see whether it works.

As you shown a photo of the watch in my idea if these above steps don't work. It might be a problem with the sensor inside your watch. So the best thing would be to go to a Samsung Authorised repair centre and get it done.

If my comment helped you in any way. Please consider hitting the 3 dot menu of my comment and accept it as a solution. It would be helpful for me a lot.
Thank you 😊

There are no Samsung authorized watch repair centres in Sri Lanka as far as I know. Please claim the warranty if that's possible.

Watch 6 not officially not coming to Sri Lanka bro.. so you can't repair it through Samsung Authorized service centers. If that seller told you it comes with the company warranty, I don't think so.. besides, usually Samsung authorized Wearables and other accessories are getting only 6 months warranty period, not one year. So better if you could check this with the you brought 😊

One UI 6 got some bugs bro.. I also noted in my watch 5. It automatically switch off wrist to wake up and touch to wake up after charging. Each time, I need to turn it back on. Hope they'll fix it with the next update. So might be a bug cause your issue as well. So better to wait for the next update

Go to a Samsung Authorised Repair centre and check it with them, Bro. They will definitely fix it. It should be an issue in the sensor.
