My Galaxy watch 6 bia sensor is not working

It has 1 year warranty, they said its company warranty, i brought the watch from liberty plaza

Watch 6 not officially not coming to Sri Lanka bro.. so you can't repair it through Samsung Authorized service centers. If that seller told you it comes with the company warranty, I don't think so.. besides, usually Samsung authorized Wearables and other accessories are getting only 6 months warranty period, not one year. So better if you could check this with the you brought 😊

As i remember after updating the watch to ui version 6 this problem came , Bia sensor work only in the first date after the update

One UI 6 got some bugs bro.. I also noted in my watch 5. It automatically switch off wrist to wake up and touch to wake up after charging. Each time, I need to turn it back on. Hope they'll fix it with the next update. So might be a bug cause your issue as well. So better to wait for the next update

There are no Samsung authorized watch repair centres in Sri Lanka as far as I know. Please claim the warranty if that's possible.
