M series not only for India its available in Afghanistan and Turkey too but its depends on country needs, maybe M fans are not that much in Pakistan.

They release if your Tradesmen want. You should ask Tradesmen of Pakistan and Tradesman order it when it have good selling in Pakistan. Samsung job is selling not selecting which model for which country.
