Hi Shahilan, Unfortunately Your device M02 hasn't that . I'm sorry . However your device is an oneui core build up and a budget normal device too. So some budget oneui core devices haven't that feature. You can't download it . If you want it , you must move an oneui device.

Sadly, Galaxy themes are not available for your Galaxy device. Because the Android version of your Galaxy M02 is based on One ui Core and its a budget mid-range device as well. Typically, budget devices run on One UI Core will not have certain functionality.
You are able to download Galaxy Themes from third-party sites. Sometimes it won't work either. If you wish, you have to upgrade to a One UI device.
