I have CPID approved S22 Ultra device. I wanna change my firmware from SM-S908U (AT&T) to SM-S908U1 (XAA) to remove all the carrier bloatware due to Which I am not Recieving any Updates.

I want to know that By doing this will my CPID will be effected ?

My current Firmware is S908USQS4DXD4. I downloaded the latest firmware S908U1UEU8GYJ1 from SamMobile. Should I use Home_CSC or just CSC while flashing it with Odin ?

I saw a post where a guy was saying that when converting from one firmware version to another (one carrier to another) we must use CSC and it will do a factory reset and wipe out all data, So I want to know if using CSC instead of Home_CSC will remove CPID?

And also what about my e-SIM if I use CSC, will I have to Purchase and Put it again ?

It won't affect your CPID, and it's recommended not to do Home CSC.

Thanks. I already did it today. Everything is working fine so far. Even my E-SIM is not removed.
