Why is thefingerprint not working onblackscreen(when the phones locked) while oncall?
Is it only me? OR
Is everyone facing the same problem?

Follow these steps to unlock your mobile when the display is off. Settings > Biometrics and security > fingerprints > fingerprints always on(turn on this).😀

Hi 👋
First thing
1.While you are on the call, your device automatically turned on proximity sensor for prevent accidental touches.
So i think your display protection glass block the proximity sensor, hence it's not unlocking the device (during call) via fingerprint.
Do you need to fix that issue, avoid blocking proximity sensor
2. If it doesn't work may be it's a bug and it will fix by next security patch level update 📲
So if my comment is useful to you, use the 3 dots in my comment for accept my comment as a solution. 😉 👍
