Is your storage full? I don't how is it going to affect this. But is it full? Try wiping your cache.

Freeup your storage and try . You have to put your finger more than 10 times repeat.then it will be 100%

Kindly follow these step.
1. Go to setting > About
2. Scroll down and search for Reset option.
3. Once you get the selecte the option call Reset all Setting.
4. Select that and rest the settings and see if this method work by reregestering the finger print.
