More than 50% of the professions, which exist today will be no more there in ten years. Our young people must be technology savvy, forward thinking, well informed, problem solvers, critical thinkers and accustomed to learning, unlearning and relearning. Entrepreneurship will be flourishing, customers will be grabbed before they enter market. Psychology will change which will change economic trends and that will make the rest of the changes. Our young people must understand the advertisement phenomenon, it's impact on rest of the businesses and see what are the driving forces of YouTube, Facebook and media ( print, electronic and social) etc. All those who prepare for exams and forget will perish professionally. MPhils and PhDs will be completed in far far less duration and will be useful only if they are yielding skills like analytical thinking, problem solving and creativity. Writing skills in English, Technology and Mathematics will be necessary skills for graduates of future. Remember It is not the strongest or the most intelligent who will survive but those who can best manage change (Charles Darwin).
