Go to settings > wallpapers and styles > Change Wallpapers > move to the last card named: Wallpaper service > chose dynamic lock screen.

It's a bug. Everyone is facing same issue. Even resetting isn't solving this problem.
Wait for a few days. Future update will fix this.
