Display Problem A71

I have samsungA71 and from the past week i have been facing display issue, the screen shows green,red and yellow tint. It loses the contrast. I have been facing this issue. Please someone help me resolve this issue. I have restarted it multiple times, and made the display settings to default as well. Please do help

Drain all the battery until your phone turns off then charge up. It won't be happening again .

**bleep** same issue occurs again .. worked fine for couple of weeks ..
