Can't make outgoing calls or text messages

I have a Jazz/Warid sim, suddenly I can't make any outgoing calls or text messages, although I can receive calls and messages and my mobile data works fine. I checked for solutions online, but no luck. On jazz website they asked to dial #33*0000#, I then received the message in screenshot below.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem

restart mobile

or go into call settings. click on call Barring. then Click on CANCEL ,ok

There is no problem in your phone. There are multiple of reasons, like, you might be out of mobile balance or you have exceeded your limit, if not this then there is a issue with your sim card, contact your mobile carrier they will sort it out.

Yes it did, I called my mobile carrier and got to know that my limit exceeded so they blocked out going service..

By mobile carrier you mean your sim provider e.g. Jazz? Also, how you able to recover it?
