The hardware is often more than capable, yet software support is deliberately restricted.

The reality is that Android devices are not inherently inferior to iPhones. In many areas, they are equally capable or even better. The real difference lies in long-term software support and corporate strategy.

Instead of maximizing the lifespan of existing devices, manufacturers often withhold new features and updates to push customers toward buying new phones. It feels less like innovation and more like a calculated upgrade trap designed to boost sales.

Consumers invest significant money in premium devices and deserve meaningful software support for years, not artificial limitations imposed to drive hardware purchases. It's a disappointing and frustrating policy that prioritizes profits over customer loyalty.

There's a difference between having own os and depending on some os

Iphone owns Ios their own Os system developed by them completely that's why apple release update in all regions at once


While samsung oneui is only a skin but actually it's Android Os working in phone developed by another company so samsung have to Check and test update on all devices separately also have to follow all google policies

Also now samsung giving 6 years of software updates to it's newer devices even most budget segment like A07.

Before samsung give 2,4 years of update only.
