Android 10 update

I am a note 9 user. I bought it in november 2019 and i still havent got the new one ui2 update and android 10 update. Please tell me what should i do.I bought it brand new.

same. glad I found you. I can't seem to get the update. my phone was imported from outside my country so maybe that's the issue. did you find any solution except downloading manually via computer?
