it's not possible because your phone display didn't support aod and this feature is only for some phone

This feature only Available for #S and #note series, but you can find alternative apps on play store for aod.

this feature is available in a30 that have almost same specs as a20

AOD works best on amoled display. if your phone have LCD display , it drains battery much faster.
