A30s Home screen pixel blurring issue

Hey Guys, I'm using the A30s, Can someone tell me pls what should i do. The Samsung A30s home screen blurred Or sometimes break the pixels, its look like as your screen is watered or damaged. It normally occurs in dark time. I complained the Samsung franchise and brief them about the issue and also show them the video but they were no solution. They were just the excuse words and said good luck and manged with it 

Now how can i 

change my phone or what should do. Because they have no returned or exchange policy, my phone is still in warranty.

They admit it, it was the manufacturing fault because of the screen sensor
