Can I install Always on display in Galaxy A03s i like it so much.

There are thirdparty apps to enable it regardless the display technology. But its not recomended to use thirdparty app to implement the AOD because it can cause image retention aka display burn ins. And further more, since A03s is got an LCD display, enabling AOD is gonna eat your battery so quickly unlike on an amoled display. And the reason that the AOD options are not included in the One ui cire version of your device is also the abive reason that the phone lacks an amoled display.
So the short answer is its not worthy to enable AOD ona phone that has an LCD screen because the battery drainage. But if you cant live without it, then go ahead and install something like ' Always on AOD' or any other one from the many options out there.

But this is the problem your display is PLS LCD so if you use always on display features your full display need to on all the time but if your display is amoled it will be use little bit of power 🔋, because i use LEDs, only use a little part of display so i think don't use always on display, because It will drain your battery faster and it will damage to your display 👍 😃
