mobile network 2G service automatically not working

Complaint:

On the Samsung S23 Ultra, the automatic option for the 2G mobile network service doesn't work, and it cannot automatically connect or turn on to the 2G mobile network for calls and internet.

When the mobile network option settings were manual, it worked properly for turning on the 2G network service, and it was useful.

Unfortunately, this happened when the software was updated to One UI versions 7 and 8.

It means:

(The Smartphones/Galaxy S mobile network 2G service automatically option completely doesn't work for now)

Otherwise:

(The Smartphones/Galaxy S mobile phone doesn't have 2G mobile network service for now)

Request:

How to solve this problem, or how to send this problem to the Samsung main office authority?

I live in Kabul but this problem happens in Wardak province.

Might be in your city there is no 2g network
