Once burn in happens, it can't be fixed. Change the always on to tap to show.

Right.
But tap to show is even more dangerous these days.
'Show Always' still move the AOD a little bit, but since UI 5.1, tap to show option shows AOD at a fixed spot each time and it's not changeable.
In UI 4.1 it was Changing position even for 'Tap to show'.

Showing for 10 seconds and then turning the pixels off does not harm the pixels, only when they are constantly shown, best to use the tap to show option.

Sad to hear that. Burn-in has no solution brother. Use it as it is. Try not to notice it very much. Only solution is to just ignore it. And don't use any persistent thing on LEDs. They always get burn in marks if you constantly play/keep anything visible on screen.
I think Samsung fixed it lately by making the AOD change it's position a little bit over time.

Right, didn't expect burn in to be an issue since this phone has only been used for 7,8 months.
