WiFi Calling feature not showing on Galaxy s23 Plus

I have a Samsung galaxy s23 Plus and the WiFi calling feature isn't showing on my phone

My friend has the same phone but he has the feature and I don't have it 

What should I do.

WiFi calling ka option hi show nai ho raha phone mei

Cuz I had to call helpline to activate VOLTE and when wifi calling was launched, it was activated automatically.
