Why my s22 ultra showing this text instead of showing the battery remaining time

Bcoz its a new device most probably. Device will learn your using routine and will show estimated battery time within 2 days of use. Its a normal feature nothing to worry about.

Its will start showing after 3 4 charges

It is absolutely normal. It happens when you buy a new phone or reset it to factory settings. This will go away in 3 to 4 days max.
