Yep, may be it will receive in this year. Exac sure S21 ultra will receive an update within 1 or 2 weeks. But your device need some more time to update

Samsung had already launched the Android 13 beta for Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Galaxy Z Flip 3 devices in selected regions. In a bit of a surprise, Samsung has also released Android 13 beta to the Galaxy A52 in India.

Most probably your Galaxy device will receive the Android 13 update by the end of this year.

You might want to wait patiently for that to show up on your phone officially.
