One UI 7 beta is out for limited countries and for S24 devices. Pakistan is not on the list of beta testing but definitely gets the final release after these beta time over, which usually takes 3,4 months, or may be more. But anyone can flash beta manually to their S24 series devices.

It's working perfectly fine, very smooth and fast as compared to the previous One UI 6.1, although it's a beta (testing) firmware which definitely has some bugs.
